1 General Introduction and Definitions
This Terms and Conditions document forms a binding agreement between the 09 bd platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person who registers with or visits this platform ("user", "you", "your"). By browsing the 09 bd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all the provisions of these terms.
Definitions of some key terms used in this document are given below:

2 Eligibility and Age Verification
Important: All services on 09 bd are for persons aged 21 or over only. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to register or operate an account on the platform. At the time of registration you declare that you meet this age requirement. 09 bd may request valid identity documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
This platform operates for users residing in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves whether participating in online gaming or betting is lawful in their area under local laws. Full responsibility for any violation of applicable law rests with the user.
2.3 Single Account Requirement
Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be considered void.
3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on 09 bd, providing accurate and up-to-date information is mandatory. The details required at registration include: full name, a valid email address, mobile number and date of birth. An account created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.
3.2 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 09 bd support team immediately. The user is responsible for any transactions that occur as a result of login details being obtained by another party.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
09 bd may request identity verification before the first withdrawal or after a certain volume of transactions. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport and an OTP response for mobile number verification. Withdrawals will remain on hold until the verification process is completed.
3.4 Account Inactivity
If there is no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be considered inactive. 09 bd will contact the user separately regarding the balance of an inactive account and an opportunity to reactivate it will be provided.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
4.1 Deposits
09 bd currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account promptly; however, in the event of a technical delay, please contact the support team.
Deposits must be sent from your own mobile wallet. Transactions sent from a third-party wallet may not be processed and verification may be required in such cases.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The withdrawal process generally takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete. Withdrawal requests may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
4.3 Transaction Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currency or cryptocurrency are not supported.
4.4 Transaction Records
A record of every deposit and withdrawal is kept in the account's transaction history. Any discrepancy must be reported to support within 72 hours.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
In addition to the welcome bonus, 09 bd runs various promotional offers including a weekly reload festival, slots adventure bonus, weekend cricket bonus, birthday special reward and a refer-a-friend reward. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and eligibility conditions.
5.3 General Conditions for Using Bonuses
- While one promotion is active, another promotion cannot be activated at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without wagering.
- If real money is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus will be considered void.
- Winnings from a bonus may only be used in the specific game categories stated in the promotion's terms.
- 09 bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
Warning: If multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address attempt to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed and the bonus funds will be forfeited.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Confirmation
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 09 bd makes a specific decision due to a technical error. Odds in live betting can change very quickly; if the odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
6.2 Determination of Results
All sports betting results are determined based on the final result provided by the relevant official source (cricket board, FIFA, etc.). If an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, 09 bd will settle that bet according to its own rules.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
A limit may apply to the maximum single win amount for each game or bet. This limit is stated in the guidelines for the relevant game or betting category. If an abnormally large win is displayed due to a technical error, 09 bd reserves the right to correct it.
6.4 Special Conditions for Casino Games
RTP (Return to Player) information for live casino, slots and other games is published based on data provided by the game providers. RTP indicates the long-term average return rate — it is not a guarantee of a specific win in any particular gaming session.
7 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the 09 bd platform. Engaging in any one of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:
- Operating an account using a false identity or in someone else's name.
- Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements through artificial betting patterns.
- Attempting to access another user's account or hacking.
- Using software, bots or automated methods to gain an advantage in betting or gaming.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Fraudulent transactions with other users or colluding in gameplay.

If 09 bd has reasonable suspicion of a prohibited activity, the account may be temporarily suspended during investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.
8 Responsible Gambling and Limits

8.1 Self-Imposed Limits

9.1 SSL Protection

10 Account Closure & Changes to Terms

10.2 Account Closure by 09 bd
If evidence of prohibited activity is found, in cases of breach of terms, or due to legal requirements, 09 bd reserves the right to close any account immediately. Valid balances will be returned after verification; however, funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
10.3 Changes to Terms & Conditions
09 bd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform. If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms and conditions.
11 Limitation of Liability
09 bd always aims to provide a reliable service, but cannot accept liability for losses arising in the following situations:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Delays caused by technical disruptions at third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Issues with bet outcomes caused by software errors on the part of game providers.
- Losses caused by the user's login credentials being disclosed to a third party.
- Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.
